DEXBuzzBox® is a revolutionary, time-saving, curbside polling system for any vending machine operator. Here’s how it works:

A DEXBuzzBox® Transmitter Unit is mounted in each vending machine and attached to its DEX/UCS output port. Once installed, this unit continually transmits up-to-the-minute vending data, including product sales by column and the amount of cash taken in by the machine since the last service.

Each route truck is equipped with a DEXBuzzBox® Receiver Unit, which allows the driver to request this information directly from the truck, while parked outside the location. Without leaving the vehicle, the route driver will know how much product and how much change to bring in for every machine at a given site. Additionally, the driver will know how empty each machine is, helping decide whether it needs to be serviced at all.

The DEXBuzzBox® Handheld Computer saves all DEX/UCS data collected throughout the day; this information is used to create accountability and other management reports at the end of each day.
